• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Service Assurance Engineer, Operations Engineer, or similar role within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, DevOps).
• Expertise in system administration and network operations, including knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Cisco networking solutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, and Zabbix.
