  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture within the store by providing excellent service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Financial Management: Monitor store finances, manage budgets, and control expenses to meet profitability targets. Prepare and submit regular financial reports.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times. Oversee routine maintenance and repair tasks as needed.

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the same industry or a related field.
