• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to track resource performance and capacity utilization.
• Work closely with project managers and team leads to ensure efficient allocation of resources according to priorities, deadlines, and skill sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and input for the development of data-driven processes and tools to improve resource management and planning.
