Job Role

In this pivotal role as a Staff Product Manager with our dynamic and innovative organization based in Yorkshire and the Humber, you will be an integral part of our product development team, contributing to our mission to deliver exceptional digital solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Designers, Engineers, Data Analysts) to define, prioritize, and execute on the product roadmap.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, including Executive Management, to align product strategy with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs for our products, and use this data to inform product decisions.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from idea generation to launch, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Utilize data and metrics to measure success and iterate on products accordingly, focusing on continuous improvement and user experience enhancement.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to effectively communicate product features and benefits to external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a Product Management role, preferably within the digital technology sector.
