In this dynamic and challenging role as a Store Manager within our organization, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and managing day-to-day operations of one of our stores in Wales. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service, maximize sales, manage inventory, and ensure the overall profitability and growth of the store.

- Compliance & Operations: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements while ensuring the store is maintained to a high standard, health & safety regulations are followed, and all operational systems run smoothly.
- Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term relationships.
- Recruitment & Development: Contribute to the recruitment process by identifying suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and providing onboarding support. Support the development of your team members through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
- Communication & Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with regional and head office teams to ensure alignment on store objectives, strategies, and performance targets. Share best practices, insights, and ideas to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
