Job Responsibilities

In this dynamic and rewarding role as a Store Manager with our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our retail stores in the North East region, ensuring exceptional customer service, team management, and financial profitability.

Store Operations Management:

  • Supervise store employees to maintain a high level of productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all store activities, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and maintains an attractive and inviting atmosphere for customers.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff members to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to improve their performance and job satisfaction.

Customer Service:
