Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Swimming Instructor to join our diverse community of self-employed professionals in London. - Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development in swimming instruction methodologies, water safety techniques, and first aid procedures.
- Build positive relationships with students, their families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning community. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Swimming Instructor or similar role.
- Swimming Teachers' Association (STA) or Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) teaching qualifications at Level 2 or above.
- A strong understanding of swimming strokes, water safety principles, and first aid procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging manner.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others learn and improve their swimming skills.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate lessons during school hours, evenings, and weekends.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own administrative tasks effectively.
