- A minimum of an HNC or HND in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Product Design. Candidates with higher qualifications (e.g., BSc/MSc) will also be considered.
- Proven experience in toolmaking, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software for design and prototyping.
